Our personalised songs are classified as digital content under UK consumer law.
Because each track is custom-made and created to your specifications, it is exempt from standard “change of mind” refunds once the work has begun or the file has been delivered.

However, we still want every customer to feel valued and supported.
Below is our clear, fair policy:

✨ Refunds for Personalised Songs

No Refunds After Creation Begins

Once we start crafting your personalised song — including writing lyrics, producing the melody, or building the track — we cannot offer a refund.
This is because the product is created uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

No Refunds After Delivery

Once your song has been delivered to your email, the order is considered fully completed and non-refundable.

**✨ When Refunds Are Possible**

You are eligible for a refund only if:

1. We have not started your song yet.

If you contact us immediately after placing the order before production begins, we can cancel and refund you.

2. There is a technical issue on our side.

If your file arrives corrupted, incomplete, or unplayable, we will fix it promptly.
If we cannot repair the issue, you will receive a full refund.

✨ Revisions

Every personalised song AT FULL PRICE includes one free revision, covering small tweaks such as:

Tone adjustments
Minor lyric changes
Slight emphasis shifts

Additional revisions may incur a small fee depending on complexity.
